Jyoti Americas LLC is a wholly - owned subsidiary of Jyoti Structures Limited, India, a global leader in the execution of turnkey power transmission lines, substations and distribution projects. The Jyoti Americas plant commissioned in May of 2012 and is situated on a 20-acre site in Conroe Industrial Park North, about 40 miles north of Houston, Texas.

Our plant is a state-of-the-art tower manufacturing facility with eleven of the fastest and most advanced CNC, angle and plate punch and drill lines, ensuring an annual capacity of about 50,000 tons. The galvanizing unit is one of the most modern and environmentally-friendly in the world. Material flow, from pickling through galvanizing and dulling is computer-controlled, providing exact control for consistent quality. In order to safeguard environmental best practices, the entire process from pre-treatment to drying to galvanizing is fully enclosed with industry best-in-class emission control measures at each stage. This ensures that all emissions (air, liquid and solids) are well within the norms prescribed such that, despite galvanizing processes, the plant qualified for a Permit by Rule (PBR) from Texas Commission of Environmental Quality (TCEQ).

Jyoti Americas is the only triple-certified North American manufacturing facility in the industry, encompassing ISO 9001:2008 (quality), ISO 14001:2004 (environmental), and OHSAS 18001:2007 (safety).  We are proud of achieving this significant and unique milestone within one year of our commissioning.
