Gulf Jyoti International (GJI), incorporated in Dubai, for the execution of transmission line, distribution line and substation turnkey projects throughout the Middle East and overseas countries

GJI has a state-of-the-art lattice transmission tower manufacturing facility at the Dubai Investment Park.

9 CNC angle and plate punch and drill lines yield an annual production capacity of 50,000 tons

The plant incorporates the most modern galvanizing unit, providing computer-controlled material flow from pickling to post-treatment.

In-house Fabrication, TEXAS, USA :

Jyoti Americas LLC is a wholly owned subsidiary of Jyoti Structures Limited and has acquired a 20-acre site in Conroe Industrial Park North, about 40 miles north of Houston, TX

 Construction of this facility has already started and commencement of operations is expected in the last quarter of 2011.

It will house eleven of the fastest and most advanced CNC angle and plate punch and drill lines ensuring an annual capacity of about 54,000 tons.

The galvanizing plant will be the most modern and environment-friendly in the Americas, if not in the world. Material flow, from pickling through galvanizing and dulling, if required, will be computer controlled. This lattice tower shop will be the most advanced facility in the industry, and it will be on US soil, employing US labor.
