In-house Manufacturing:
Jyoti Americas  LLC is a wholly owned subsidiary of Jyoti Structures Limited and has acquired a 20-acre site in Conroe Industrial Park North, about 40 miles north of Houston, TX. Construction of this facility has already started and commencement of operations is expected in the last quarter of 2011. It will house eleven of the fastest and most advanced CNC angle and plate punch and drill lines ensuring an annual capacity of about 54,000 tons. The galvanizing plant will be the most modern and environment-friendly in the Americas, if not in the world. Material flow, from pickling through galvanizing and dulling, if required, will be computer controlled. This lattice tower shop will be the most advanced facility in the industry, and it will be on US soil, employing US labor.
